Free initial call

I offer a free 20-minute introductory call so you can share a little about what brings you to counselling and ask any questions you may have about how I work. The aim is simply to help us both get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.

There is no pressure to book a session afterwards. It is important that you choose a counsellor you feel comfortable with.

If you decide to go ahead, we can then arrange a first full session, which will be our starting point for understanding what you are facing and what you hope to gain from counselling.

My in-person sessions take place at the peaceful Loudwater Farm, set in the beautiful valley of the River Chess. Surrounded by calm and nature, the farm offers a welcoming environment with free on-site parking.

Loudwater Farm is conveniently located just half a mile from Junction 18 of the M25 and within easy reach of areas such as Chorleywood, Croxley Green, Rickmansworth, Watford, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead, and Amersham.

Oxhey Village, Watford

I also offer sessions in the Oxhey Village area of Watford. This therapy room is easily accessible, with street parking available nearby and just a two-minute walk from Bushey Station, with additional parking.
